General conditions of shipment

DELIVERY
In cases where physical delivery of the contracted good is required, deliveries will be made within the following territory: Worldwide.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs applicable to each order are calculated based on the total purchase amount, according to the following rates:
- Orders of €100.00 or more (VAT included): free shipping.
- Orders under €100.00 (VAT included): shipping costs of €70.00.
Shipping costs will be displayed in an itemised manner during the checkout process, before the User confirms and places the order. EIROS reserves the right to modify the shipping rates; however, such modifications shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Delivery timeframes
The estimated delivery time is two (2) weeks from the date of order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is indicated on the product page or during the checkout process. This timeframe is indicative and may be affected by unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, as well as by the customisation of products, where applicable.
Except in cases where there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or, where applicable, resulting from the personalization of the products, the purchase order consisting of the products listed in each purchase confirmation will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the Website according to the shipping method selected by the User.
If for any reason attributable to EIROS, it cannot meet the delivery date, it will contact the User to inform them of this circumstance and the User may choose to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. In any case, home deliveries are made on working days.
If it is impossible to deliver the order due to the User's absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. However, the carrier will leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to arrange for it to be delivered again.
If the User will not be at the delivery location during the agreed time slot, they must contact EIROS to arrange delivery on another day.
If 30 days pass from when your order is available for delivery, and it has not been delivered for a reason not attributable to EIROS, EIROS will consider that the User wishes to withdraw from the contract and it will be considered terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, all payments received from the User will be refunded, except for additional costs resulting from the User's own choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Website, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract is considered terminated.
However, the User should bear in mind that the transport resulting from the termination may have an additional cost that may be charged to them. For the purposes of these Conditions, delivery will be considered to have taken place when the User or a third party indicated by the User takes physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
The risks that may arise from the products will be borne by the User from the moment of delivery. The User acquires ownership of the products when EIROS receives full payment of all amounts due in relation to the purchase or acquisition made, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if this takes place at a later time than the full receipt of the amount to be paid by EIROS.
In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax (VAT), purchase orders for delivery and/or provision will be considered located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any time depending on the specific article in question.
